Inside the Role Directly lead a team of Skilled Tradesmen in supporting maintenance activities in the Heavy Duty Engine (HDE) Machining Operations. Machining operations to include: Bearing Caps, Blocks, Connecting Rods, Heads, Liners, and Turbo Machining & Assembly Operations. The Maintenance Supervisor strives to maintain the operational readiness of all machining equipment, working cross-functionally with Maintenance Engineers, Controls Engineers, Skilled Trades Leaders, and Operations & Quality Department support team members.
