Job Description: Mars Wrigley - Gainesville, GA Title: Controls Technician: Required Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift 2-2-3 Rotating Shift Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday: Hours: 6pm - 6:30am: Job Purpose: The Controls Technician is the PCIS systems owner for the production areas and responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses. The PCIS Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining all site equipment. Also including the following: What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements: - Must have met time in role (12+ Months) - Must have line manager approval to apply - Must be in good standing in current role - 2-year Technical Degree/Certificate (Electrical/Electronic/Controls/Automation) or equivalent experience - 1 + years Instrumentation & Electrical, Electronics, and Factory Controls & IT experience, including production system troubleshooting and problem resolution - 1 + years experience in a controls function, working in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements: - Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) - Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling and gripp...
