Posting: IN HOUSE ONLY MEMBERS OF THE SAGINAW CHIPPEWA INDIAN TRIBE OR CURRENT SELC/SECR EMPLOYEES MAY APPLY Rate of Pay: $8.24/hr plus tips Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Saganing Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor, serve guests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet and take food and beverage orders from customers. - Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. - Operate POS (Micros), make change accurately, and issue receipts to customers. - Understand and follow all department policies, specifically, the MICROS POS policies. - Remain attentive to the guests throughout the entire dining experience, adhering to or exceeding guest service standards. - Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed, polishing glassware and silverware. - Set up tables, trays and carts. - Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait station, and kitchen service area; adhere to the company, state and local health board requirements. - Promote and sell products and the amenities of Soaring Eagle Landing Casino. - Practice Saganing Hosp...
