Description The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) and the School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy (SEMTE) seek applicants for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position in the area of Semiconductors and Microelectronics Materials and Devices. The School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy ( https://semte.engineering.asu.edu/ ), one of the eight Fulton Schools, houses a vibrant and dynamic research community in materials science and engineering (learn more at https://semte.engineering.asu.edu/research/materials-science-and-engineering ) . We seek a visionary scholar to advance research in emerging semiconductor materials, with a focus on their integration into next-generation devices and packaging for transformative microelectronics applications. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a vibrant, externally funded research program that advances the frontiers of semiconductors and microelectronics materials.
