Description The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU) and the School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy (SEMTE) seek applicants for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position in the area of Semiconductors and Microelectronics Materials and Devices. We seek a visionary scholar to advance research in emerging semiconductor materials, with a focus on their integration into next-generation devices and packaging for transformative microelectronics applications. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a vibrant, externally funded research program that advances the frontiers of semiconductors and microelectronics materials.
