Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient & Daycare Settings Part-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role serving both an outpatient clinic and daycare setting . This position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support children across multiple environments. Your Role in Action: Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional development Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide 1:1, play-based therapy sessions in both outpatient and daycare settings Address areas including sensory integration, self-care skills, handwriting, feeding, and motor coordination Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (PT, SLP, staff) Educate caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies Complete timely electronic documentation: Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license: Passion for working with children in a variety of settings Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Why Cynergy?: 95% of therapists recommend us as a great plac...
