Job Description Summary The Customs Logistics & Materials Leader owns end-to-end site materials execution and trade compliance—balancing customer demand, material planning, inventory, material handling, and transportation to meet delivery commitments. Leads Customer Planners, Supply Planners, and Material Handling teams to improve On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, space utilization, and logistics performance. As the site lead for customs and international trade, ensures compliant import/export execution through strong broker management and robust controls for documentation, authorizations, and records retention. As a member of the site leadership team, drives SQDC results through servant leadership, KPI rigor, and continuous improvement.
