Overview GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: UMass Chan Medical School is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to serve as a Sustainability Intern supporting a variety of sustainability programs and initiatives across campus.This internship provides hands-on experience working on projects related to climate action, waste reduction, sustainable operations, community engagement, and education. The Sustainability Intern will assist with research, communications, and program development aligned with UMass Chan’s Together for a Healthy Planet sustainability pillars. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in sustainability, environmental studies, public health, or community engagement to gain professional experience in higher education and facilities management. This is a temporary, non-benefitted role.
