Description JOB SUMMARY: Vancouver Coastal Health is currently looking for a business analyst to support our automation journey. The role requires strong skills in collaborating with project partners and mapping workflows to see where technology can improve processes. You will lead discovery meetings, document business requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and help to sustain and troubleshoot deployed automationsReporting to the designated Regional Manager or Director, the Functional Analyst leverages business and technical knowledge to ensure that assigned business systems effectively support business strategies, objectives, processes and practices for an assigned business area. Responsible for ensuring that functional Business Systems issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner and continually looks for opportunities to maximize usage of the system to ensure on-going business process improvement.
