Salary: $67,670 (Internal candidate rate determined by current wage) DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY: Performs advanced purchasing activities for assigned parts, subassemblies, and services in support of Pride manufacturing and operational requirements RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: •Drive supplier performance, and support cost, quality, and delivery objectives through effective procurement strategies •Take the lead on day-to-day purchasing activities for assigned commodities with limited direction, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment with production and business requirements •Develop and execute purchase orders, blanket orders, and supplier agreements for assigned materials, parts, and services •Collaborate and problem solve to secure production on-time shipments and that lead-times are consistently met •Establish consistent, forward-thinking communication with Quantum Production and Quantum Fabrication to maintain a smooth, uninterrupted workflow •Manage and optimize purchasing data, replenishment strategies, and inventory parameters in ERP/MRP systems •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers and drive performance related to delivery, quality, cost, and service •Pr...
