Talent Development Manager Department: Human Resources: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Houston, TX: Reporting To: Rocio Quesada: Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 / year Description: We are looking for a passionate Talent Development Manager to help shape the future leaders of our company. This role will focus heavily on leadership development, employee growth, and building organizational capability. You will design and drive initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline, support career development, lead training efforts for key roles and foster a high-performance learning culture. You will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure employees have access to impactful learning experiences that support their growth.
