the D Casino & Hotel Job Title: Engineer - General: Department: Facilities JOB SUMMARY: Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide and have working knowledge of, but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls and fire safety systems. QUALIFICATIONS: - Perform routine and preventive maintenance property wide - Work daily with personal hand tools and company owned power tools - Complete work orders as assigned through computer-based program in a timely manner - Effectively communicate details of work orders and follow-up through to completion - Notify Supervisors of parts and inventory needs - Ensure customer satisfaction - Follow lawful direction from Upper Management - Understand and follow work and safety rules and procedures - Interact well with others and be a positive influence on Team Member morale - Responsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standards - Other duties as assigned - Working knowledge of building maintenance - Knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems - Working knowledge of hand tools and power tools - Working knowledge of plumbing repairs, familiar with soldering,...
