Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse and Community Attendant to join our team in Sandia Park, NM. As a Gatehouse and Community Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information, directions and ensuring the community center is in order. Position Overview: - This is a part-time position scheduled for three days per week, 24–30 hours. - The Gatehouse Attendant will typically work Tuesday through Thursday, with occasional availability needed to fill in for staff time off. Gatehouse Hours: How Our Employees Make an Impact - Summer: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sat–Sun 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. - Winter: Mon–Sat 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; Closed Sundays - Gatehouse Attendants play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community. - Their presence supports security, customer service, and the smooth operation of community facilities.
