About the Role At SuperAwesome, Platform Engineering exists to enable fast, safe, and reliable software delivery at scale. We treat Platform as a product, aligned to the company's OKRs and continuously improving based on feedback from engineering teams. We operate with visibility across the production estate and act as the escalation point when systems degrade. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will work alongside other experienced engineers in a small, high-performing team. You will take ownership of significant initiatives and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform, delivering measurable improvements to reliability, responsiveness, and engineering effectiveness. In this role, you will: Design, evolve, and optimise our cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Improve platform responsiveness and reduce friction for engineering teams through better tooling, automation, and guardrails. Drive operational excellence by strengthening observability, resilience, and cost-aware engineering practices.
