POSITION OVERVIEW: This position plays a critical role in advancing the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) mission of developing trained and ready fire support professionals by planning, staffing, and executing realistic simulation-based training exercises which enable Soldiers and leaders to master fire support tasks in a safe and controlled environment. As a Senior Simulation Operator, you will manage and operate advanced virtual training platforms, including the CFFT III and VBS3 systems, configuring scenarios and maintaining equipment readiness across classroom and simulation facility environments.
