Job Title: HGV Class 2 (Rigid) Driver – Site Operations Location: Tuddenham, Suffolk Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday: About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and dependable HGV Class 2 (Rigid) Driver to support on-site operations in Tuddenham. This role primarily involves the safe movement of materials, plant and machinery within site rather than long-distance road haulage. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle for on-site transport of materials and equipment Move plant machinery and construction materials safely around site Assist with loading and unloading using appropriate equipment Carry out daily vehicle and equipment safety checks Work closely with site managers and plant operators Ensure all movements are completed safely and efficiently in line with site procedures Requirements: Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Previous experience in construction, plant movement, or site-based driving preferred Good awareness of site safety and hazards CSCS card (preferred): Experience with plant equipment (e.g. dumpers, telehandlers) is an advantage Flexible, reliable and safety-focused...
