Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the work activities of Environmental Services personnel. Job Title: Supervisor EVS: Department: Environmental Services: Reports To: Manager EVS: FLSA Designation: Exempt: License Type: Non-Gaming: Salary Range: $67,000-$82,000: Qualifications: - Adheres to standards and operating procedures as outlined in the casino EVS Manual - Maintain an inspection program for all EVS responsible areas - Maintain the approved preventative maintenance program on all equipment - Be familiar with and ensure safe and proper use of all equipment and chemicals - Maintain a safety program to ensure all team members have a safe work environment - Control supplies and inventory in the department. Frequently update yourself on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement. - Conduct the approved departmental training program to ensure all team members are properly trained to their assigned task - Ensure all team member performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner and appropriate feedback is administered - Conduct inspections on all casino and non-gaming EVS areas daily - Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contac...
