HR Operations Specialist – French Speaker

Location: PSS – Lisbon (Central), Portugal At Thales , you’ll join our HR Shared Service Center , supporting employees and managers across different countries while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience — every single day. French language skills are required to support HR activities for our organization in France. Responsabilities: Act as the first point of contact for employees providing support on a wide range of HR topics with a people-first approach. Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle , from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Maintain and update HR systems and employee data , ensuring accuracy, compliance and high data quality standards. Support international HR operations , including onboarding, mobility processes and day-to-day HR administration. Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, reports) in a timely and accurate manner. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and HR projects , helping optimize processes and enhance employee experience.
