Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience driving new product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products. - Experience with test engineering or working with data center products. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in test engineering, with knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies. - Experience managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
