The SR Learning & Development Manager will direct all training development work and build a strategic roadmap focused on creating lasting, evolving programs that meet the business's needs and fuel a culture of learning. In addition, this seasoned leader will apply learning methodology and be accountable for developing a deep understanding of the business to create training programs that evolve, develop, and drive the broader talent management strategy for the organization.
