This position will start out training in person at our headquarters in Tucson, AZ then it will move to a remote role after training. The Customer Care Specialist will provide outstanding customer service, process customer comments, feedback and support the Mister Car Wash key customer loyalty programs. This position is a fast-paced, high volume role that offers an outstanding opportunity to enter our Headquarters Support Team.
