Description To meet or surpass the expectations of every guest by providing a friendly, safe and entertaining experience while completing accurate and efficient sales transactions along with increasing revenue opportunities through up-selling techniques. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance with guests and team members. - Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, helpful service. - Process ticket sales and handle cash accurately and efficiently. - Use effective upselling techniques to promote ticket options and packages. - Provide information about the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle attractions, and surrounding area. - Maintain security and organization within the Admissions Office. - Communicate with Elevator Operators to assist guests and estimate wait times. - Stay informed on group reservations, special needs, and SkyLine functions. - Support team training and assist guests both inside and outside the Admissions Office. - Monitor, suggest, and restock supplies as needed. - Maintain knowledge of our Ticketing System and related software. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
