Job Description Summary The Senior Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection, provides domain expertise in the areas of privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence and emerging technology. The Senior Counsel provides guidance on current and proposed privacy and data security laws and regulations. The Senior Counsel will provide assistance with company contracting. The Senior Counsel will identify and advise of risks related to matters of privacy/data security and related regulatory matters and provide practical solutions to address identified risks in line with business needs. The Senior Counsel will provide assistance with company contracting.
