The primary base is the Chemelex Romania Brasov office. The role operates within standard office hours -> working 3 days per week in the office and two days from home. What you will experience in this position: - Manage end to end invoice processing: receiving, validation, booking, month end reporting, payment, and reconciliation for one or two EMEA entities. - Apply accounting and fiscal/VAT procedures for invoice processing, account reconciliations, payments, and related tasks. - Research and resolve discrepancies by working with internal teams and external suppliers. - Ens...
