The role: The Senior IT Specialist, Communication is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external communication activities within the Contract Logistics IT organization, to other stakeholders in the company, and to customers. The successful candidate owns and maintains the communication and stakeholder plan and ensures clarity and consistence in communication across all levels of the organization, timely, high-quality communication, and professional presentation of information across stakeholders and leadership levels. The candidate also manages the internal monthly reporting, organizes department meetings and events, and provides standard communication and reporting templates.
