The primary purpose of this position is ​to provide receptionist services and clerical support to the entire agency. Job Duties Summary: ​​​ Serves as the part-time receptionist for Treasury’s main Salem office. Answers the telephone, routes callers to appropriate person , takes complete and accurate messages, and/or responds to questions from callers. Provides assistance to the public and other customers coming to the Treasurer's office. Provides and collects ID badges for both staff and Treasury visitors, and maintains log. Signs for deliveries and alerts appropriate person of delivery. Acts as Accountability Monitor in the event of a building disaster during business hours.
