Intern - Fab Process Engineering

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Document current test wafer processing flows used throughout the semiconductor fabrication facility. - Work with process engineers and technicians to understand paper traveler workflows and process steps. - Translate documented workflows into digital routes within the Camstar MES system. - Assist with validation and testing of new MES workflows to ensure accuracy and usability. - Help develop standardized documentation and process flow diagrams for test wafer usage. - Support efforts to improve traceability and tracking of test wafer utilization. - Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and data collection within MES. Education & Experience: - Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date. - Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field. - Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
