Job Advert Private Patient Co-ordinator Fitzwilliam Hospital – Peterborough: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week Fitzwilliam Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK, one of the leading independent healthcare providers in England. You will assist the Hospital to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels; in person, on the telephone and in writing. To be measured through patient satisfaction, compliments and/or complaints whilst undertaking analysis of private activity in order to maximise revenue generation.
