Details: We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing for Vanguard’s Wealth Management business. In this role, you’ll develop strategies aimed at attracting ultra-high-net worth (UHNW) investors to Vanguard and influencing perception of Vanguard as a holistic Wealth Manager. Your insights-driven work will help set the messaging and positioning around Vanguard’s offer. The scope of your work will span prospecting new-to-Vanguard clients, as well as cross-selling existing clients in lower segments. As such, you’ll leverage extensive channels and tactics including direct mail, email, content partnerships, display and social, sponsorships, among others. Close collaboration with partners is essential to success and the strategies you’ll build – connecting with business leaders to ensure strategy alignment, sales teams to drive down-funnel conversions, PR and comms to ensure messaging alignment, research partners to develop plans anchored in insights, and channel experts to support your budget allocation decisions.
