Job Description The Director of Financial Operations & Performance is a senior member of the Finance & Accounting Leadership Team and plays a critical role in overseeing the company’s financial operations while leading enterprise‑wide financial performance management in close partnership with operations. This role combines strong technical accounting oversight with corporate FP&A leadership and embedded operational finance partnership. The Director serves as a strategic advisor to the CFO, executive leadership, and senior operational leaders—translating operational activity into financial insight, driving performance transparency, and supporting informed decision‑making across the organization.
