Job Description: The Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment (ESSIE in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE)) at the University of Florida is soliciting applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor in Transportation Engineering and to serve as the Director of the University of Florida Transportation Institute (UFTI). We welcome expertise in any area of multi-modal transportation research including but not limited to planning, operations, safety, systems analysis, emerging technologies (e.g., connected / autonomous vehicles, AI, digital twins, edge computing), and economics.
