SUMMARY: The Director of Product Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the overall product strategy, vision, and execution for their Product Journey(s) (portfolio). Reporting to the VP of Product, this role leads a team of Sr. Product Managers and Product Managers, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. As a key decision-maker, the Director of Product Management defines and prioritizes high-impact initiatives, fosters a culture of innovation, AI‑enabled experimentation, and data‑driven decision‑making, and collaborates closely with executives and cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, cross-functional leader, and product evangelist, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels while mentoring and scaling a high-performing product management team and evangelizing the thoughtful use of AI tools across discovery, documentation, and delivery.
