Drive the end‑to‑end experience vision for Self‑Directed Investing by shaping cohesive journeys across products, platforms, and teams by influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization. As an Experience Design Vice President in Self‑Directed Investing, you will define and evolve the holistic experience across a broad portfolio of self‑directed investment products. You will operate as a senior individual contributor and people leader, combining deep design craft with strong executive storytelling, systems thinking, and strategic influence.
