Retail Banking Analytics (RBA) in ING Analytics is looking for a Product Manager specialising in Machine Learning . As Product Manager you will originate and build data-driven algorithmic products. This is an entrepreneurial and global role in an innovative international team. Role & Responsibilities: · Product discovery: identify (data) problems, prioritize idea backlog and design and execute experiments to determine what problems need solving · Work with a squad of Data Scientists, UXers, and Engineers to discover the potential of a product idea, the user problem (user research) and validate and prototype · Manage data-driven products so that they generate significant value for ING and its customers · Create value propositions, vision and product strategy · Good understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking · Ability to develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping · Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally · Understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods Requirements: · Previous experience leading and delivering analytics use cases a...
