This position requires strict adherence to Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations, exceptional customer service skills, and precise handling of inventory and documentation. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Deliver medical cannabis products in compliance with all Virginia Board of Pharmacy regulations and company SOPs. - Carry valid delivery manifests and patient order documentation at all times. - Secure all cannabis products and cash in locked storage compartments during transit. - Verify patient or caregiver identification and active Virginia medical cannabis registration before completing delivery. - Provide professional, courteous service that respects patient confidentiality (HIPAA awareness). - Handle minor delivery issues within company guidelines and escalate when necessary....
