Job Title Sr Director of Corporate Quality, Residential Manufacturing Position Overview: The Sr Director of Corporate Quality for Residential Manufacturing serves as the voice of the customer of the Residential Division, ensuring products are launched, manufactured, sourced, and supported in a way that consistently meets customer expectations while protecting Shaw from quality, claims, and reputational risk. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Excellence, this leader provides strategic and hands-on leadership across residential product quality, supplier quality, claims risk mitigation, and quality systems—driving measurable reductions in cost of poor quality, strengthening quality governance, and developing a strong quality leadership bench for the future. This role will work from our Dalton, GA corporate campus in a hybrid way ~3 days per week.
