SUMMARY: The Accounts Payable Processor processes daily incoming vendor/supplier invoices and handles vendor phone calls and business partner inquiries. Responsible for all accounting work that is associated with processing vendor accounts payable and external sales representative commissions to ensure proper and timely payment of obligations. Research/ resolves vendor discrepancies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Vendor invoice review/validation utilizing OCR protocol. - Vendor invoice processing (Purchase order and non-Purchase order based) including 3-way match principals. - Invoice review, coding and segregation in invoice approval workflow system conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the financial system. - Work with business partners to resolve invoice and un-vouchered discre...
