Business Development Integration Lead Work Location: Huntsville, AL: Schedule: Full Time: IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as a Business Development (BD) Integration Lead to support the BD Group at the IMS Corporate Office located in Huntsville, AL. Individuals must be detail-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter able to manage tight deadlines and multi-task on multiple efforts simultaneously. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Business Development, this role supports high-priority BD and capture efforts, with an emphasis on identifying and capturing Prime contracts, navigating the federal government plus-up process, supporting proposal activities, and facilitating the integration of business development personnel from newly merged or acquired organizations. The BD Integration Lead will conduct structured interviews with technical SMEs to extract solution concepts, discriminators, and execution approaches, translating complex engineering detail into clear, compliant, and compelling proposal narratives.
