Job DetailsJob Location: Red Coach Village - Springfield, OH 45503Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 HourlyAbout the Role The Service Technician plays a key role in maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community. This position supports the Service Manager by completing day-to-day apartment maintenance and service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and completing unit turns. The Service Technician helps ensure homes are move-in ready, systems are functioning properly, and residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained living experience. What You’ll Do: Maintenance & Operations: - Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly, accurately, and with quality workmanship. - Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, appliance checks, and general repairs to ensure units are move-in ready. - Perform repairs and maintenance on apartment systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and fixtures, within the scope of training and certification. - Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on apartments, grounds, and common areas. - Identify, document, and report maintenance issues that may impact safety, habitabi...
