Patient Engagement Specialist (Pharmacy Technician) $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in our Phoenix office, 2 days remote! About the Role: As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the voice of support for patients navigating their medication needs. You’ll handle inbound pharmacy calls, make outbound refill reminders, and guide patients through the refill process with professionalism and empathy. You’ll also collaborate closely with pharmacists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure patients receive timely, accurate support.
