ServiceNow System Admin in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: The ideal candidate will have proven mid to senior‑level experience administering and optimizing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the core HR functions across the enterprise. While we are not looking for a developer, this role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow’s HR data models, COEs, case management structure, and platform configuration capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage and enhance HR workflows, maintain data integrity, ensure secure access controls for sensitive HR information, and partner effectively with HR technology, HR operations, and IT teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑performing HR service delivery solutions.
