Job description

Daily Tasks Include: - Operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. - Load and unload materials onto the machine - Detect malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools - Load cut parts onto racks, skids, and/or shelves - Communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs - Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment - Perform typical machine shop operations. - Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to manager or CSF. - Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. Qualifications: Perform the following CNC related duties: - Power up and power down - Lock out/tag out - Calling up and entering CNC program - Complete operator maintenance functions - Run the machine - Handle material - Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results). - Complete and maintain paperwork for parts - Perform fabrication - Lift up to 40 lbs. - Ability to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours a day - Able to work overtime as needed including weekends - Must be able to read and interpret drawings - Follow routers - Use simple math to perform bas...
