Responsibilities include leading and organizing the continuous improvement of patient care services; developing, supervising, and ensuring the competence of clinic staff; ensuring compliance with accreditation standards; managing the clinic budget and efficiently using resources; and providing direct patient care and coordinating the care of patients with other clinics and ancillary services. Responsible for hiring and training support staff, including management staff.
