Hourly Pay Range: $24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: Position : Per Diem, Mental Health Associate I Location : Linden Oaks Hospital ; Naperville, IL Full Time/Part Time : Per Diem Hours: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. A Brief Overview: The Mental Health Associate I provides direct patient care to patients with mental health disorders. The Mental Health Associate I performs treatment planning and implementation while facilitating groups within assigned treatment programs. The Mental Health Associate I ensures the safety and well-being of these patients by maintaining a safe environment and documents according to department/organization procedures. What you will do: Facilitates didactic, educational and unit/program community groups within the assigned treatment programs.
