The Team: Womens+ is a dynamic and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing care and support to women across their health journey, including pregnancy, gynaecological, and related services. The Womens+ team delivers a range of services at the Launceston General Hospital (LGH), working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high‑quality, and patient‑centred care. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and team‑focused Hospital Aide to join Womens+. The successful applicant will contribute to a supportive ward environment and play an important role in delivering exceptional care to women accessing our services. The Role: The Ward Aide supports nursing, midwifery and clinical staff by assisting with non‑clinical ward duties. The role helps ensure a safe, clean, and well‑organised environment for patients, staff, and visitors, while following infection prevention and hospital policies.
