Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: o Minor plumbing repairs or maintenance on faucets, lavatories, water closets, and valves o Replace flush valves and faucet seats or washers and shower valves or heads as required o Pull toilets and replace wax rings and grouting as required o Troubleshoot and repairs minor TV problems and telephone problems as required o Troubleshoot and repairs problems with electronic door locks and safes o Repair minor carpet tears and burns as required o Replace light bulbs and repairs minor lighting problems o Repair sliding glass doors and locks o Replace pulls and knobs and aligns drawers, repairs other minor problems on cabinets and furniture. o Clean and / or replaces air conditioning filters. o Repair minor problems with entran...
