Financial assistance counselors guide patients through their healthcare financial obligations. Position Summary: The Coordinator, Financial Counseling is responsible for supporting patients and providers by ensuring accurate financial clearance, patient education, and identification of financial risk prior to services being rendered. This role plays a critical part in the Revenue Cycle by improving reimbursement outcomes, minimizing financial risk, and enhancing the patient experience through proactive and transparent financial communication.
