Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead to oversee our financial programs' technical and functional aspects, with a strong focus on NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise in ERP systems, particularly in NetSuite, as well as a solid understanding of finance processes. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operation, optimization, and integration of financial systems across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP Initiatives : Act as the primary delivery lead on all NetSuite ERP-related financial projects, including system design, implementation, and enhancement initiatives. Financial Systems Oversight : Ensure NetSuite is properly configured to support business processes in areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Reporting, and Budgeting. Functional Expertise : Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and provide functional solutions that improve efficiency and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
