Berkeley College is seeking highly qualified and motivated instructors to teach in the M.B.A. program and to support its vision of becoming the college of choice for students pursuing lifelong success in dynamic careers. The M.B.A. program at Berkeley College (NY and NJ) seeks adjunct faculty members to teach both online and onsite courses in the MBA in Management program in the following areas: Qualified candidates can be interviewed by appointment, either remotely or at our Woodland Park, NJ, or Midtown Manhattan, NYC campuses. Only candidates who meet all of the specified criteria will be invited to interview. Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions: • Collaborate with full-time faculty colleagues and instructional design specialists to develop MBA courses based on established learning outcomes • Deliver effective and engaging lessons to graduate business students • Initiate, facilitate, interact and moderate classroom forums • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, case analyses, presentations and papers within the time frame set forth by Berkeley policy, providing effective feedback to guide student learning and success • Comply with Berkeley guideline...
