Position Summary: The Director, AI Transformation Management Office (TMO) is responsible for leading and scaling Light & Wonder’s enterprise AI transformation agenda within the Strategy and Transformation organization, in close partnership with executive leadership, technology, and business unit leaders. This high-visibility role is accountable for translating AI strategy into measurable business outcomes and ensuring sustained adoption across the organization. Light & Wonder has embarked on an ambitious AI-enabled transformation, and this role will serve as a core architect and operator of that journey, bridging strategy, execution, change, and value realization.
