Automation of deployments, updates, and operational processes (e.g. using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools). Operation and continuous improvement of monitoring and observability to ensure system stability, performance, and availability. Delegation and coordination of operational tasks to internal L1 and L2 support teams, as well as collaboration with external service providers when required.
